All items on sale in our site are new and carefully packaged to be delivered with specialized couriers.
Most of our products are tailor-made, with the exception of solid wood doors which are available in stock with standard sizes and can be shipped within 2 weeks from the order.
Delivery times are indicated within each product data sheet.
The products purchased on the Idoors site can be paid using the Paypal circuit and the main credit cards or by bank transfer (the order will be processed when the bank transfer enters our account).
Payment can also be paid in installments by selecting the Almapay payment method.
For each order placed and sent, an invoice will be issued, indicating the tax code if private or the VAT number if company or professional.
For all orders, the invoice will be sent per e-mail. In case of non-receipt, it is possible to request a copy by sending an e-mail to info@idoors.it

The material ordered on our website is shipped with specialized couriers.
All our shipments are covered by insurance according to the regulations in force.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the products purchased and are charged to the customer. When we dispatch the material we will send you an e-mail containing the shipment details.
Goods are always delivered to the street level.
Requests or special needs must be specified during the purchase and / or agreed with the customer service.

The express courier delivers on average within 24/48 hours.
If your address is in disadvantaged and / or more difficult to reach, times may be longer.
Delivery times in Europe vary from 3 to 10-15 days, depending on the destination.

You can also choose to collect the goods directly in our warehouses in Pordenone.

The delivery address may be different from the billing address, just indicate it during the registration process or communicate it later via e-mail.
If the product is faulty or the goods/packaging is damaged, please sign it as “Goods unchecked”, detailing the reason of the reserve (broken package, damaged tape, etc.), as also indicated in our sales conditions, otherwise we can’t report it to the insurance.

It is necessary to notify it to our customer service in writing, within and no later than 3 days after goods receipt.
To cancel or change an order please communicate your choice by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours after the order confirmation.
In this case Idoors will refund the full amount using the same channel used for payment, minus the management fees (€ 35.00), or will issue a voucher of the same value for a new purchase on the site.
Our doors, with the exception of solid wood doors, can be customized to size.
We produce the material on the basis of the net sizes that are given on the order
Of course, with Idoors there are no minimum quantities, you can buy also a single piece.
Our custom-made and stock doors are supplied without drilling for the hinges and the relevant hardware, the Ikea Compatible doors are supplied drilled, without hardware.
For drilling and assembly we recommend contacting a carpenter, a craftsman or a furniture fitter who will use the appropriate tools to make the holes and will advise you on the hardware to be used.
Trem Srl guarantees to the Customer, for a period of 2 years from the delivery date (DL 24/02), that the products are free from manufacturing and / or design defects that can make them unfit for use. The 2-year warranty is reserved for the private consumer.
For customers who use items for professional use (purchase with VAT number) the warranty is 12 months.
To use the warranty service, the customer must keep the invoice.

The Seller is exonerated from the warranty for defects if the Customer has not made proper use of the products or if he has altered or modified them without the consent of the Seller or if he hasn’t promptly notified to the Seller, by registered letter with return receipt, the product defects.
The right of withdrawal does not apply for the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods (customized doors, Ikea compatible, tops, cabinets with door included) or which, by their nature, can not be returned or risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly, according to Legislative Decree No. 185/99 - art. 5 paragraph 3c.
In case of damaged goods or with quality defects, please contact our customer service.
All products sold on Idoors are supplied with technical data sheets, information about the material and how to maintain and clean them.
Once you have configured your doors, the system will ask you a further confirmation of the sizes and quantities given.
You can’t proceed with the purchase before having viewed, accepted and confirmed your order.
For every order placed on Idoors an invoice is issued containing the tax code of the beneficiary of the deduction and our VAT number. In order to take advantage of the tax deduction, you must choose how to pay (bank transfer specific for renovations).
It is important to indicate the order number indicated in the confirmation received via e-mail.
Many of the products sold on Idoors can be used for deductions if purchased as part of the planned interventions.
Therefore purchases made to carry out extraordinary maintenance or renovation can be used for a 50% deduction.
